so the silly season is here and as im still waiting for my sassy package to turn up i thought i would create a layout and a card with some of my leftover scraps and bits from the Elle's studio collection PENELOPE
its easy to create a bit of texture on a white card with a mask/stencil and some modeling paste with a drop of paint it can make your embellishments just pop
looking forward to sharing lots of bling and glitter next week
